When things seem totally out of our control, sometimes the best thing to do is go with the flow of life.
Surrender. Breath. Be Present in the Moment rather than jumping to the future or the past.
Easier said than done, right?

For me, dance has always been a way to get out of my head and into my body. I tend to live up in my head somewhere–constantly calculating, assessing, formulating, evaluating.
And sometimes, you just gotta drop into your body, stop thinking, and move.
I created this quick 4-minute Follow-Along Flow for you to get your body moving because let’s face it, even amidst the chaos and confusion of these times, you still have to live in your body, and you need your body to feel good.
